The fox, her ethereal black ears trembling rhythmically, radiated a delighted curiosity as she said, "I been wondering, who are you? Why did you help me again?" The fox approached the butterfly with curiosity but received only a wordless response.

The butterfly was not ignoring the fox. rather, she immersed herself in profound thinking. Her mind wandered, pondering a simple question" What is my name?" She struggled to reclaim recollections of her former existence, retaining fractured recollections of an experiment and limited knowledge about herself from her past, which included a brief recollection of being a man before regaining awareness of this strange world she knew nothing about.

"Oh! I am sorry for not introducing myself before! You may refer to me as Selene. And you? You wouldn't want me to call you any sort of name, right?" With a gentle giggle, asked the fox with a touch of a little mischievous and curiosity. Her eyes recalled a fluttering candle that had once seemed to fade. Yet now, they lustered with a freshened liveliness, breathing life into her very being.

In the depths of her thoughts, she stumbled upon the number known as 22. This encounter sparked an acknowledgment, transforming her identity into the mysterious code name" IRIS," engraved within the confines of the vessel she now inhabited. As she delved deeper into her consciousness, pieces of her past stayed shrouded in mystery, leaving her with little understanding of who she actually was.

"I..." IRIS, a name carved in the pod, arose in her head, echoing, and grew into the image of her newfound identity. Robbed of her past, she rebelled against the concept that one's history defines its worth. She decided she'd make her own path with a new name and identity, determined to engrave her newfound life into the beginning of her history.

"I?" Selene wondered curiously, her eyes fixed on the butterfly. She had expected a proper introduction, perhaps a name or a glimpse into the butterfly's world. Instead, all she received was a simple pronoun. However, Selene's curiosity was eager, and she tilted her head, her tails swaying with excitement, eager to hear her name.

"I am Iris. Nice to meet you, Selene," she whispered softly, her lips curving into a gentle smile. It was a name she had chosen that they left along with her like a long-forgotten past. With the name Iris, she had accepted a newfound identity, shedding the remains of her forgotten old life like a cocoon cast aside.

Though she has fully embraced her newfound identity, a persistent determination has lit up within her, driving her to uncover the forgotten past until, piece by piece, it forms a bigger picture. With a gentle flicker in her eyes, she stretched her hand towards the unknown. Iris, a name once a mere code, has become her very being—a symbol of the past, present, and future she will create as she moves forward. She will bloom with grace and elegance, like the vibrant petals of the iris flower.

"Iris... such a lovely name you possess. Iris~ Could you please refresh my memory as to why you helped me? Hahaha, while I must admit that it was slightly embarrassing for you to say, strangely I was touched by your word, hahaha. Therefore, I'm very thankful to you, Iris." Selene playfully gave her gratitude, with a mischievous in her eye.

"As the giant smoked before me, fear gripped me as I trembled uncontrollably. Yet, when I caught a glimpse of your eyes, slowly losing their light of hope, it reminded me of myself back then when I was in the hospital..." At that moment, Iris entertained Selene's teasingly asked question.

The fox's face displayed a confused look as she repeated waiting for confirmation on what she heard about the word "hospital." Curious and with a hint of confusion, To Iris, Selene looked like she was wondering about this unfamiliar term.

"Oh, I'm sorry. It seems that the word "hospital" may not exist in this world," she responded, noticing Selene's confused expression. Iris seemed to misunderstand Selene's confusion as a sign that the word she had used was foreign to her.

"This world?" Another confusion lingered around her, and she was processing and thinking about what she just heard.

"Oh, sorry, when I woke up, I found myself in this world, and it's not the world I knew. In my world, there is a city, airplanes, cars, smartphones, computers, and of course no giants, or people with animal features, of course, I too don't have this wing, and unfortunately, there is also a certain virus that nearly wipes out every life, I think it is called..."

"Evo Revirus," Selene continued Iris's missing words, a mysterious term that stood on the edges of her understanding. A word known only to those who reside in the "world" Iris spoke of. Yet, Selene's knowledge wasn't born from itself of that distant "world," but rather from a truth surrounded by unforeseen origins.

"Mm? Well, I don't remember much, but I think that's what... Eh?!" An itchy suspicion clawed at her thoughts. Selene's familiarity with the term "Evo Revirus" sent shivers down her spine, a word that shouldn't have crossed her lips. Two possibilities gossiped through the silent halls of her mind: Either Selene had learned this knowledge from others who shared fate like hers, suggesting the existence of another like her, or a more alarming idea echoed – she remained to the same reality, yet time had forgotten her existence, living from the past to far far away, the present.

Iris, her eyes settling on Selene, the ethereal fox, bathed in a cold sweat. A shiver of unease as she approached, "Selene, are you alright?" she uttered softly, her voice was a gentle breeze that whispered through the silent forest. The question lingered in the air, seeking answers from the fears that held the fox in its grasp.

Trees swaying with the wind danced across the faces of Selene and Iris, the atmosphere heavy with uncertainty. Selene's gaze ran into Iris, a mix of gratitude and fear lingering in her eyes.

"How can I be okay?" Selene's voice wavered with a touch of desperation, "When you are one of those "Lawmen" that was born from the past, the one's reason all this chaos we're experiencing..."

Iris, still trying to make sense of her newfound memories, furrowed her brow, a genuine look of confusion carved on her face. "I'm really lost here," she admitted, "I honestly don't get what you mean. I just woke up, only to remember a little from my past. I have no clue about what's going on right now."

Selene sighed, a mix of relief and continued uncertainty. "Honestly, I'm thankful you helped me save my life, but at the same time, I felt scared just knowing where your origin was..."

A moment of silence hung in the air, broken only by the distant sounds of the altered world outside. Iris leaned forward, a gesture of earnestness. "Listen, I'm confused too. Tell me what this 'Lawman' is. What happened in the past? That caused the world to change this much."

Selene hesitated, her eyes flickering between Iris's gaze and the floor.
