"What!? How!?" She didn't understand how Lexy was able to win over the walking fortress.

"I will tell you after the event. Can you invite her, or do you need to do it in person?" Lexy did not want to hang around in one spot for too long, or they could be targeted…. again...

"Ahh, you can invite her. I made you a general a while ago. So go ahead and invite whoever you want." Olivia wanted to hear more but knew now was not the time, especially when there was a prime target in front of her. "I need to go. My next target took the bait."

Lexy looked at her guild window and did see an invite button. She looked at Staple and pressed the invite button. "World Destruction Guild? Isn't this the guild that that nutty Olivia created after being kicked from her last guild?"

"Olivia is a very nice person!" Lexy yelled out. She felt offended. Olivia was a very nice person. She took her in when no one else was willing to talk to her or help her out.

"Ahh! So-Sorry! I meant no offense by it." Staple could see Lexy was getting upset. She really didn't mean anything by her words.  It was a known fact that Olivia was out there. She had a tendency to be over the top. But Staple had never really talked with Olivia herself. So it was unfair to judge someone she did not meet personally.

"It's fine, but we should move. How long until you can fully recover?" Lexy asked.

"Around ten minutes… I never thought I would take so much damage, or I would have brought some health potions with me." Staple sighed. She never expected level ten to be so powerful. But then again, she was pretty insane when she was level ten too.

"Here, take these." Lexy took out five potions from her inventory and passed them to Staple. "If you need more, just ask."

"Are you sure? I know you use these to make money."  Staple felt bad. As a low level, making money was hard enough as it was, with how hard materials were to find. This was especially so when it came to herbs.

"Yeah, don't worry. We are now guildmates and friends! So, of course, I will help you if I can." Lexy found Staple to be very likable. Plus, she was cute. Who wouldn't forgive a cute girl? To not forgive a cute girl would be going against the law of the jungle! Well, unless she was a bitchy cute girl then Lexy would just kill her. But Staple was not bitchy. She was a very honest and straightforward girl. Lexy understood that Staple really did think that she could not harm her.

"Friends, huh? I think in this game you are the first to call me that." Staple held the potions in her hands and smiled. She looked up at Leaxy with a smile that was as warm as the sun and said: "Thank you. Let me introduce myself. My name is Staple, and I am a grand shielder. We have low attack power, but our defense is insane."

"Lexy! One day everyone will bow down to my greatness as Lexy, the Whip the Great! Or at least something like that..." Lexy pursed her lips and scratched her head.

"An, I am Nana! Lexy's amazing partner!" Nana felt left out, so she decided to speak up as well.

"What who!?" Of course, Staple had no idea where the voice was coming from.

"Ah! Nana, you will confuse her… Staple, Nana is this here." Lexy jingled the bell attached to the collar on her neck. "She is the asscana, something or another..." Lexy fell into thought as she tried to remember what Nana's full name was again. "Santana? Banana?"

"Arcana records! Lexy! How can you forget my name!? After all, we have been through! After all, you have shown me!" Nana whined, causing Staple to giggle.

"Now that is an interesting item you have found. It's nice to meet you too, Nana." Staple said with a smile. She then grabbed her shield and looked around. "We should move."

"Mmm…" Lexy sheathed her whip, and with Staple at her side, the two moved out. It seemed now that they were friends, they were going to stick together, kind of a silent understanding between the two. This worked out well since they were bound to come upon teams as well. Teams would work on killing as many players as they could, then letting one person kill the entire team to gain all their points.

As the two girls made their way through the forest, they came to a small clearing with low lying grass. Within this clearing was a large boulder, and on this boulder was a girl with a wooden staff. She had an overly large pointed hat on her head and a flowing red cape hanging off her shoulders. "Ku Ku Ku! I see you have come to my, Megalims Domain! Ku Ku Ku!"

"We should go..." Staple pulled on Lexy's arm. Her face showing a bit of annoyance.

"Huh? Why should we go? She is just a mage we can take her." Lexy was on confused. She saw no reason to run.

"No… it's not her ability to fight. It's her personality that is hard to take..." Staple still pulled on Lexy's arm again, but it was already too late.

"Ku Ku Ku! Do you think you can leave!? You will face my wicked eye of destruction as I blow you both to smithereens! Darkness of dark... Destruction is all I know… I raise my staff to the skimph… Ouch, I bit my tongue again…. Why can I never cast it!? Stupid mage crap!" It was then, as Lexy watched the pointed hat girl stomp her feet in anger with her tongue hanging out of her mouth, that she came to a realization. A strange one came along…

Lexy grabbed Staple's hand and pushed her finger to her lips as the two began to try to slowly back away as if they had never arrived in the first place.
