"Socks!" After hauling lots of wood over to the feet of the giant zombie, Lexy decided to save mana and call out Socks to light the fire.

"Woof!" Socks nuzzled up to Lexy's leg as it wagged its tail back and forth happily.  It then ran over to the big toe of the zombie and grew in size, opened its mouth, and was just about to take a bite when it felt a pain on its right rear paw!

"Nya! Bad dog! Don't eat stinky things! It will give you a stomach ache!" Lexy yelled as she kicked Socks.

Socks whimpered and lowered its head as its body shrunk in size again. Lexy smiled and patted its head to show her approval. Only then did Socks feel happy again. "Good boy. Now light those stacks of wood on fire for me."

"Woof!" Socks turned and blew fire on the huge stacks of wood, creating two large bone fires.

"Umm…. Lexy…." Megalim called out to Lexy. "We might wanna get away from here, or the smell will be very..."

"NYYYYYAAAAA! It stinks!!!!!!"  Lexy held her nose and ran away as fast as she could. Socks tailing behind her, leaving Megalim standing there staring at her receding back.

"Ah? Wait, Lexy, don't leave me behind!" Megalim yelled out as she pouted and ran after Lexy.

Off in the distance, A certain someone was on the ground holding her stomach, laughing away as she kicked her legs up and down in the air. "AHAHAHAHAHA! Lexy, my dear little sister, you are just too much!"

Just the sight of Lexy's hair all standing up on end as the smell hit her nose and her running away was enough to make Olivia's sides split. Even Staple was covering her mouth as she giggled.

Lexy finally came to a stop as she snorted and blew her nose over and over. Her eyes were watering away. The smell of a stinky burning zombie foot was like a million onions being cut at the same time. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she tried to get the smell out of her nose.

"Lexy! Are you okay!?" Megalim asked as she finally caught up.

Lexy, whose eyes and nose were bright red, looked over at Megalim as she rubbed her eye and whimpered: "Nya!"

Megalim's heart felt like it was just shot by an arrow by Lexy's cute actions. She cupped Lexy's cheeks and wiped her tears. She gently blew on Lexy's eyes and said: "No more stinging. Cool Cool Cool." She was not just saying this to sound weird, but this was an actual spell she had learned when she scraped her knee in game. She got this spell when she said something randomly. It will cool any stinging sensations taking away the pain.

Feeling the cool breeze on her eyes and nose, numbing out the stinging sensation, finally calmed Lexy down. "Thank you, Limlim!"

Hearing Lexy suddenly call her Limlim caused Megalim to stare at Lexy with red cheeks. She did not mind being called a nickname. It was just that no one had ever given her a nickname before. A smile crept up on her lips. "Ku…. Ku Ku Ku! Ku!"

"Megalim, you are smiling and laughing creepily. Stop it." Lexy bluntly said, causing Megalim's smile to turn upside down.

Lexy paid no mind as she used Megalims cape to wipe her nose before looking over at the now sky-high burning statue of a zombie. "I wonder how long it will take for it to die..."

Megalim pouted her lip, but she could never stay upset with Lexy. She hooked her arm around Lexy's arm and shook her head as she said: "I'm not sure. I worry about what will happen in the next waves to come..."

"Well, if that undead knight keeps summoning these zombies that have their heads in outer space, we might end up running out of wood… We already used a whole street's worth of broken houses to set up the two bonfires."  Lexy replied while leaning her head against Megalims.

"I would rather burn the entire town down than to have to deal with something even stronger than the wave of runners. So far, that was the hardest wave." Megalim never felt so tired in her entire life. To begin with, she had low strength and agility, so having to run while being pulled along by Lexy, whose agility was sky-high, making her hundreds of times faster than herself. It was no easy feat for her to keep up. And when she almost collapsed, Lexy had to carry her on her back, making it harder for her to run.

There were quite a few times when the monsters were almost catching up to them. If not for both of them wasting a lot of mana firing off spells to kill the runners, they would have hit respawn many times over. Luckily the wave after that wasn't as bad, but the zombies really packed a punch. One even sent Lexy flying through a house with a single punch. But even still, that wave allowed them to regenerate their mana quite a bit, and now with this monster zombie that just stood there while they burned it, their mana reserves were almost refilled back to one hundred percent.

"Yeah, I would prefer not to deal with those again. But at least now we know how to kill them. But I have a feeling we should not try to jinx ourselves, or we might be in for it..." Lexy did not know why but she felt like some kind of supersay…. superchicken would spawn next with ultra-powered-up zombies. If that was the case, they would be really in for it.

After almost an hour of waiting, Lexy finally got a notification of her leveling up multiple times as the giant zombie turned into cubes of light and disappeared.
