“It’s big….” Myu tilted her head to the side as she looked at the massive door in front of her.

“All boss room doors are this big.” Tilly had begun to understand a few things about her contractor. She was violent, loved to burn things, loved to torment people, loved to kill things, and was a bit absentminded. But one thing she noticed was that she also had a childish side to her that befitted her age for a human. She did not hate any of her qualities either, as understood that Myu seemed to take great care in making sure that she, Tilly, would not come to any harm even if she was sitting on Myu’s shoulder the entire time.

“Oh! Let’s go in and check it out.” Myu smiled and went to push the door open when a laugh came from behind her.

“Hahah! Look, the little runt is going to try to open the boss room door.” A skinny man with spiky hair yelled out. 

Myu turned and tilted her head to the side, looking at the man. She then reached her arm out and extended one finger, smirked and….

*Boom!*

The door flung open, slamming into the wall of the boss room, shaking the entire floor in the process. The skinny man who was laughing began choking on his own spit as he looked at the young girl in disbelief. 

“Hahahah!” A young woman walked over, holding her stomach. “Looks like you just shoved your foot in your mouth. You should know never to judge a book by its cover when it comes to the tower. Climbers of all ages have different abilities. So you should be careful who you try to pick on, Goreth.”

“But that is just insane! How can she have such strength in such a tiny body!?” Goreth yelled out.

Myu thought about the man’s question for a moment before answering: “ I will tell you how I got so strong. Just do…. 100 sit-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 squats, and run 10 kilometers(6 miles) every day for three years. But  I will warn you, I heard such a workout routine will cause men to go bald.” 

“What a lie!” Goreth yelled out. He did more than that every day himself, or else he would not be able to come as far as he has as a climber!

“But….” Myu thought it was a good workout routine.  Although she had never tried it herself, she figured it must be hard. At least Aeko always told her to strengthen her limbs by doing these simple exercises.

“Hahaha! Little One, I like you!” The young woman walked over to Myu and went to pet her head, only for her to feel a burning sensation on her palm, causing her to quickly retract her hand. “Haha… ha…. You are a fiery one, huh? My name is Flora.”  

Myu watched as Flora blew on her hand in a bit of confusion. “Myu….” 

“Well, Myu, I think with your strength, you will definitely be able to reach the second floor, no problem. Just be careful of the blades. The first floor boss is a humanoid rock slug.” Flora wanted to give the little girl some info since she had amused her quite a bit.

“Thanks.” Myu smiled and looked around Flora, tilting her body to the side as she said: “Goreth was it. Remember, if you follow the workout routine, you might go bald..”

“As if!” Goreth did not want to talk with this little girl anymore! She annoyed him to no end!

“I guess we will just change his name to Baldy from then on.” Flora gave a teasing smile, causing Goreth to snort. “Alright, we will let you enter first. That is a climber’s rule, after all. Good luck.”

“Mmm! Thanks.” Myu waved her hand and turned around. With no hesitation at all, she entered the room. The door to the boss room, as if trying to get revenge slammed shut after she passed the threshold, causing the first floor to shake once more. Myu had to dodge out of the way in order not to get crushed by it.

“What an interesting little girl. I feel we will be seeing her more often.” Floras smiled but then almost jumped out of her skin when a loud bang was heard coming from within the boss’s room. The entire door shook as if it had just taken a huge impact. “What was that!?” Flora held her chest. Her heart almost jumped out of her body.

On the other side of the door, a small footprint could be seen in the door. In front of it, Myu stood there with her cheeks puffed out and her entire body covered in flames. “You almost crushed me!”

“I think it was getting back at you for picking on it.” Tilly giggled. “Anyway, I think you should look at the monstrosity in front of you. It seems to be quite mad about you picking on its door.” 

“Hmmm?” Myu turned to see a humanoid version of the rock slug. It would not be so bad to look at if its head was not still that of a rock slug. It stood almost ten feet tall and had large muscles. The things that should have been its shell were nowhere to be seen. Instead, it had two large machete like weapons in both hands. “It’s ugly. But It looks like it might be tasty.”

Myu’s words caused the rock slug boss to take a step back before realizing what it was doing and roared in anger. It then charged at Myu, wanting to slice the little human thing in half!

“Noisy.” Myu raised her hand and caught the massive sword slamming down on her with the palm of her hand. She looked up at the boss and grinned ad she said: “Now roast for me!”
