The drive to Minaminaka from the Head Quarter was about half an hour, which gave Tachibana to read, listen and observe the cases.

She kept her eyes on the most interesting case of all of them, which was about two men who went on trekking in the Mountains a week ago.

The case she read was like, two adult men with their bag packs went on the mountain, and one of them was recording every bit of it.

It was a piece of absolute luck that the camera held some clips of what? happened to them on the Mountain, she played the clip.

"Hey! Saito look we reached the haunted Mountain," said the man with the camera, he was excited but unaware of the events he and his friend was going to face.

They both were tall and had a nice rough body and very lean figure, both of them seemed to be on a holiday from work.

Saito said," Bro! Do we need to trek on this mountain?" his voice was demonstrated as frightened.

To which the friend with the camera replied. "stop being an ass Saito nothing will going to happen."

The cameraman was overly confident with his words, but little did he know that this video will be his last.

As the video proceed, Tachibana heard howling sounds from that clip in which they both were on the way towards the peak.

At that point in the video she already observed the atmosphere, she also noticed the howling which was out of context.

Because Mount Minaminaka was never the home of any wild animal, soon she saw the glitches happening in the camera.

Even though those glitches were for a few milliseconds, it seemed that a good number of minutes had passed by.

She was all focused in that video which ended after several glitches, at the end after the men reached the top.

She had some inner monologue, 'Huh! It ended, but President said that there should be a mist appearing,'

Natsui expressions were all confused, and her face looked uneasy with her scorched eyebrows.

 She rewinds, the clip where it started to glitch and slow mode it, so she can be caught any strange event, but the moment she started to recheck they already made it to Minaminaka.

The driver said, "Ma`am, I think I should accompany you because it's all dark now," he showed concern because she was an important member of the Commission.

Natsui even though she was all tough and rough, that woman had some soft corners too, she knew that Maeda said it in concern.

She replied with a soft voice. "Do not worry Maeda san, if I did not return till morning please don't hesitate to report."

Maeda shook his head with a little bow and went back inside the car.

Now it's all her and the Mountain, today either she could solve the case or just die because of her recklessness.

It was all set, she entered the Minaminaka from the south gate because it was closer to the peak, as she walked on the already paved pathway; her senses started to give her warnings.

Though she was never been a girl who listened or followed orders on the first go, her childhood was all messed up because of her broken family.

She grew up to help her single mother and two brothers to survive in this world, Natsui's recklessness came from her childhood.

The boldness and strong attitude all of that came due to her growing up so fast, it was so sudden that he never actually wore any proper female dress.

Eventually ended up being a member of this corporation, but she always felt glad about joining G.C.C., where she met new friends which she calls family.

As she started to get closer to the peak of the Mountain, the howling that she heard in that video also started to happen.

Ignoring that she walked up straight, but she did feel an unease and spiritual pressure trying to push her down on the knees.

She recalled the report, 'As per the report, the men who came here turned into monk statues because it stated that the place where they found the camera and bags there were two monk statues presented.'

Her thoughts were in confusion because of how much the clues were so congested, she was not able to come up with any scenario.

But slowly – slowly things started to turn south, she started to feel fatigued, "Huh! Eh!... why do I feel like vomit, my temperature and the atmospheric temperature both are normal."

Natsui said while holding her mouth to not vomit, then suddenly something fell behind her back.

She turned her back quickly but saw nothing, she looked around the pressure was high maybe Natsui going to vomit.

Then all of a sudden again, something fell from the tree which was on her right side, she turned her head to the right but saw nothing.

Her expression was got horrible, the well-maintained hair was all strangled and her beautiful eyes were enlarged.

In just a couple of minutes, the most fearsome lady again fell for the death trap and started to regret her choice of disobeying her boss.

The howling grew into a growling, she started to fall on her knees, one of the strongest investigators was near her defeat, as she noticed even with her blurry vision.

That she was surrounded by child-looking ghosts, and at any moment she would end up dead.

At that moment even with the cursed system she had was unable to even come into use because of the pressure.

Though because of her reckless attitude, she had yet to give up, as she tried to stand up.

Then suddenly she finally witnessed the white mist that which President talked about surrounding her blocking her blurry vision completely.

*Garr* *Garr*

The child-looking demons started to walk towards her, she felt the end at that moment, but sometimes faith had different plans for different kinds of people.

A man with the ghost as white hair jumped down from a tree with a smirk of victory on his face and then the woman saw just a light of white shining even in that dense mist.

The screams were all-time high as that white shining thing started to demolish those demonic children.

From her perspective, it was a god-send angel who just popped up out of nowhere to protect her from the mess she got herself into.

This act of recklessness may have cost her life this time because she was not even able to use her powers, as the mist started to clear.

She saw a tall nicely build man wearing a black long suit with black jeans and shining brown shoes, though even before she was able to say hi the pressure made her pass out.

And there the venture of that night ended with her being passed out and saved by the newly recruited supreme investigator, whom she had yet to meet.

As the dawn arrived, and the sun started to rise from the other side of the earth the man who saved Tachibana took her up and came down the mountain.

He safely put her back inside the car and sat in front with Maeda san and they went back to the Head Quarter.
