[Level]: 0 → 1

"Hah! I somehow survived!" Lexy sat on the lush green grass with her feet spread out in front of her. Her hands were supporting her upper body as she looked up at the clear blue skies. She had somehow survived the onslaught of the demon lord's generals and was actually able to level up. "At least now, I can finally up my agility."

Lexy opened up her stats and frowned, seeing how bad they were. But seeing the five points she could use to up them with made her smile. "Let's see... I need to at least improve my health a little bit. But it seems they are not attached to any other stat." This was perfectly clear by the big "+" next to both Health and Mana.

"I will put one point into health, for now, to see how much it adds. The stupid menu has no information about anything except for items in my inventory." Pursing her lips like a fish, she pressed the plus sign next to her heath.

[Health]: 10 → 30

"Oh! One point is 20 health! Not bad. Not bad. With each level, if I add one point into it per level, I should be able to at least keep my health up. Now my last four points will go into Agility!" Smiling away, Lexy pressed the plus sign next to agility four times. She couldn't help but give a sigh of relief as she was now able to move quicker.

[Agility]: 1 → 5

[Speed]: 1→ 5

"Sadly, those slimes did not drop anything, and this leaves me in a very big dilemma. How am I supposed to inspect the goods if I can not get a room at an inn… So now that I have leveled, I should focus on making money, but how..." Looking at her menu, she scrolled through the different tabs. There was the basic inventory, a settings menu which Lexy completely ignored since she would never use it, and then two more tabs. The first of the two other tabs was her equipment screen, and to say the least, it was very elaborate. There were at least thirty accessory slots along with the basic slots as well. One of the accessory slots was even for her tail. Right now, she was only wearing a brown cotton t-shirt and a pair of brown shorts. She had no shoes or anything else of the sort.

"Why do they have toes accessory slots?" Lexy tilted her head to the side. The only thing she could figure out to wear on her toes would be rings, but that seemed like it would be uncomfortable. "I guess I will figure that out when I get to it. Let's check out the final tab."

The last tab was a trade skill window. She looked it over and saw nothing that explained how to even start trade skilling. There was nothing but an empty list and the title trade skill at the top of the window.  "Is this game still in beta or something!? Why is there no information!?"

Sighing, Lexy closed her menu, not even wanting to look at it. It seemed the only useful tabs were the equipment and the status screen.  She did, however, wonder if the trade skill window ended up useful later on. She remembered some games made you wait until a certain level before you could craft, like how a little kid has to learn to walk and talk before they can go to school.

"For now, let's just look around and see if I can find some herbs or something to sell to a shop. They have herbs in this game, right? They don't make potions with meat, right?"  Right now, Lexy was desperate. She had no money, and now that she was thinking about it, she wondered if she needed to eat and drink as well. So far, she felt fine, but she was not sure if god had messed with her character beyond just making it a catgirl.

"I guess I will know when the time comes. But for now, let's look for things to harvest and kill more slimes..." With her new goal set, Lexy began making her way towards the tree line. Along the way, she had come across some more demon generals and dispatched them right away. With her heightened agility, she was now able to move properly, or it could be said that she was actually getting the hang of her class now.

She was very careful of making sure not to snap the whip back and accidentally killing herself in the process. How she was even able to kill herself with her own attack is beyond here. She had seen a mage shoot a fireball at himself, and he did not get hurt in the slightest. But her? Nooooo! She accidentally smacked herself in the face with a whip, and she saw respawn. Just thinking about it made her want to curse a certain almighty person high up in the sky.

When Lexy finally got to the forest's edge, she saw a plant just in the tree line glowing slightly. She did not immediately reach out to grab it even though her eyes were glowing as if she saw a treasure. She picked up a stick and poked around a bit, making sure there was nothing in the bushes around the plant before finally reaching out and digging around the base of the planet. She was not sure if the top half of the plant was what she needed or the roots, so she wanted to make sure she took the entire plant roots and all.

After a few minutes of carefully digging and making sure she got the entire plant, she finally lifted it out of the dirt.

[Plant used in the creation of Mana and Health potions.]

"Oh, ho!" Lexy's eyes glowed and was just about to stick it into her inventory when she heard a rustle coming from the grass not too far away. She looked over to see a large blue frog. Its eyes seemed to be locked onto the plant in her hand.
