Lexy let out a sigh of relief when she saw her experience had not gone down or her level for that matter. "I wonder if I only lose experience if I die in a safe zone… Not that I want to test that… I should go back and get my plant..."

She had given up on trying to sell the plant, but after everything she had to endure in order to get it, she was not going to give it up so easily. She just hoped it was still on the road where she died. Sure enough, it was, but sadly it was stepped on and trampled. Even the slight glow it gave off was much less than before.

Feeling depressed, Lexy went back to the alley she liked to use for thinking and sat in her usual spot. She looked at her plant and sighed. "Is there nothing I can do with this?" Lexy put her plant back into her inventory and flipped through her menus as she debated on what to do next. But to her surprise, when she flipped to the trade skill tab there were now two craftable items in her list. "This… Mana potion and health potion!"

She quickly clicked on health potion and brought up the ingredient list. "It takes one leaf of a Make plant to make a health potion… For mana, it is two leaves." A big smile formed on Lexy's face. "You want to hit me with a broom... hmmm? I saw how expensive your potions were!"

When she looked at the big number eight next to the name in her list, causing her smile became even wider. "Since you did not want to buy my plant for two measly silver and sell your health potions for one silver each, how about I sell mine for half price!"

Lexy did not hesitate at all in hitting that 'craft all' button and watched the progress bar go from zero to one hundred in just a few seconds. One after the other her potions were crafted. Her plant was now replaced with a stack of eight potions. She had not seen anyone else selling potions, so she was not sure if what she was doing would help but she decided to say the hell with it and do it anyway.

She left the alley and found a spot where a bunch of players, or at least what she thought as players, were walking by. "Potions for sale! Eight potions, fifty copper each! Cheaper than that old hag's place! Come get your health potions fifty copper each!"

Her yell quickly gained the attention of those around her. A big group formed in no time, but no one was speaking up to buy any, just standing there wondering if they should or not. That was until a clear, crisp voice came from the crowd. A young dog woman with silver armor pushed through the crowd. "I will buy them all!"

Lexy was surprised as she looked up at the gorgeous blonde in front of her. She was a bit taller than herself, and her chest was smaller, but she had bright blonde hair and deep purple eyes. "Well, can I buy them or not?"

"Ahh yes, sorry… I was just caught up in your beauty. Here..." Lexy blurted out honestly, causing a few chuckles and a whistle from the crowd.

"Well, I am not sure how I feel about being complimented by the crazy cat girl of Grove Town. But I thank you for your compliment."  The blonde headed girl replied as she handed over four silver.

But Lexy was confused by the blonde headed girl's words. "What do you mean by crazy cat girl?"

The blonde girl looked surprised and asked: "You don't know?"

Lexy shook her head. How was she supposed to know anything when the only people who have talked to her was the blonde girl standing in front of her. The person who tried to hit on her and then the crazy shop lady who hit her with a broom. Everyone else just ignores her.

"Ahh… well, word is out that you are a  bit nuts. They say you were ripping your hair out and punching yourself in the head while sitting by the village gates."

"Whhhhaaaaaatttt!!???" Lexy yelled out, her eyes wide open and her ears twitching away. She was completely stunned. She never knew she was being called a crazy cat girl. Her ears suddenly slumped down. She wondered if this was why people were staying clear of her as she walked through the streets.

"Pfft… Hahaha! You're a cute one. My name is Olivia. What's your name?"  Olivia asked. She thought the reaction of the cat girl in front of her were truly amusing.

"Ah… Umm… Lexy..." For some reason, Lexy became very self conscious. In real life, she had never really talked to many girls in her real form. This was assuming that the person in front of her was actually a girl, that is. Lexy really did not know much about this game. Only that it was a vrmmo called new world online. At least that was what the title screen said after being kicked out by that angel. So Lexy was hoping maybe Olivia would be willing to give her some information.

"Lexy, huh? Very cute name. You're in luck!  I have been playing this game for a while and just happened to be here recruiting for a guild I wish to form. Want to join? I only need one more person to create the guild, so it is up to you." Oliva asked. She felt it would be a waste not to have an interesting person as someone who can get the nickname crazy cat girl in her guild. In other words, she was inviting Lexy out of amusement.

"Guild?" Lexy's eyes began to sparkle. This would be very helpful for her to be in a guild where she could ask questions.  "Yes! I would like to join, but I might annoy you with questions… I just started today."

"Haha! No problem, questions are good, it makes the chat lively."
